| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto busca las posibles soluciones al problema identificado como discriminación sexual en las instituciones de educación básica del municipio de Guarne (como caso típico), esto por medio de una investigación de carácter cualitativo en la cual se utilizó el design thinking como metodología para acercarnos a la población educativa y así llegar a ellos con un punto de vista diferente respecto a la comunidad LGBTI. Como herramienta se empleó un folleto informativo, con el cual se espera concientizar a las personas sobre esta comunidad y se realizó una entrevista a un grupo de personas pertenecientes a la misma para conocer un poco de sus vidas y así poder empatizar y ahondar más en esta investigación. Para finalizar se concluyó que la falta de aceptación hacia las personas con una orientación sexual diferente a las normalizadas por la sociedad se debe a la poca información brindada respecto al tema en una edad temprana, en la cual los sujetos están más abiertos a otros puntos de vista y hay una mayor comprensión de lo “nuevo”. | |
| dc.description.abstracteng | The project seeks possible solutions to the problem identified as “sexual discrimination in the basic education institutions of the municipality of Guarne” (as a typical case), this through qualitative research in which design thinking was used as a methodology to get closer to the educational population and thus reach them with a different point of view regarding the LGBTI community. As a tool, an informative brochure was used, with which it is hoped to make people aware of this community and an interview was carried out with a group of people belonging to it to learn a little about their lives and thus be able to empathize and delve deeper into this investigation. Finally, it was concluded that the lack of acceptance towards people with a sexual orientation other than those normalized by society is due to the little information provided on the subject at an early age, in which subjects are more open to other points of sight and there is a greater understanding of the “new”. | |
