The career plan integrated into the competency-based management model is an organizational strategy that seeks to align employees' professional development with the company's needs and objectives. This approach combines the planning of individual work paths with a framework based on competencies, that is, the skills, knowledge, and attitudes necessary to perform each role effectively. The plan begins with the identification of key competencies for each position, considering both the present and future projections of the organization. From there, development itineraries are designed that allow collaborators to advance in their careers through training, mentoring, rotations, and regular evaluations. This model promotes the motivation, retention, and commitment of employees by offering them a clear vision of their growth within the company. Simultaneously, it ensures that the organization has the necessary talent to adapt to environmental changes and achieve its strategic goals.eng
