dc.description.abstract	La práctica profesional es aquel proceso donde el estudiante tiene su primer acercamiento a la vida laboral, mediante el cual se va a nutrir de conocimientos y experiencias nuevas y enriquecedoras que complementaran su proceso académico. En el siguiente informe se presenta y describe toda la información del proceso de práctica empresarial de la estudiante Yessica Ospina Tobón, en la empresa Blu Logistics. Primeramente se suministra toda la información concerniente a la empresa, después se expone minuciosamente el cargo y cada una de las funciones que la aprendiz desempeña dentro de la agencia. Por último, se exponen una serie de recomendaciones, observaciones y conclusiones a todos los actores involucrados y del trabajo en general.

First, all the information concerning the company is provided, then thoroughly explains the position and each of the functions that the apprentice performs within the agency. Finally, a series of recommendations, observations and conclusions are presented to all the actors involved and the work in general.
