dc.description.abstractEl objetivo es analizar los retos logísticos en las pequeñas y medianas empresas, con el fin de desarrollar y optimizar estrategias que puedan mejorar resultados mediante los avances tecnológicos para este tipo de empresas en Latinoamérica, la Metodología aplicada fue por medio de una revisión bibliométrica utilizando el software R basado en los registros de Scopus obteniendo datos sobre publicaciones científicas, los autores, instituciones y países que están a la vanguardia en la digitalización y transfor mación de la logística. La investigación permite resaltar aspectos claves previamente analizados que permitieron estructurar la evolución y el enfoque actual de la transformación logística en las Pymes, para estos estudios lideran países Alemania y Rusia tanto en la producción científica, tanto por el número de publicaciones como por la participación de instituciones altamente especializadas. Tecnologías clave en la transformación logística: Las tecnologías más mencionadas en la literatura incluyen Digital Twin, realidad aumentada (AR), blockchain, automatización inteligente y la inteligencia artificial (IA) y entre otros sistemas que mencionan en la investigación, para la optimización de procesos se han posicionado como herramientas fundamentales en pequeñ as y medianas empresas. Las Pymes en Latinoamérica han comenzado a superar los desafíos logísticos post COVID - 19 a través de la implementación progresiva de procesos digitales el éxito en los procesos de transformación logística depende no solo de la adopc ión tecnológica, sino también de la colaboración entre el sector productivo, la academia y el Estado, mediante políticas públicas, formación y estrategias como los clústeres.
