dc.description.abstract	La juventud en conflicto es grupo de la población que se encuentra ninguneado por la falta de escucha. Al no sentirse escuchados, los jóvenes guardan todos sus dolores y luego expresan por medio de actos violentos en contra de sí mismos y de la sociedad. Si el sistema opresor escuchara más las situaciones de silencio y de desesperanza, tendríamos la oportunidad de ayudarlos y señalar el camino a la esperanza. El objetivo del presente artículo, hecho mediante revisión bibliográficas y trabajo de campo con una entrevista semi-estructurada con algunos jóvenes bajo la responsabilidad de la Escuela de Trabajo San José, fue describir la importancia de la escucha durante sus procesos de reeducación y de cómo esta suscita esperanzas en ellos. La metodología utilizada fue cualitativa con enfoque hermenéutica. En una entrevista de tipo focus group, con 6 usuarios del centro educativo del sexo masculino con edades entre los 16 a los 18 años. Los resultados muestran que la escucha brindada durante su estadía en la Institución, sí son significativos para devolver la esperanza y así seguir adelante y animados en la resignificación de sus vidas y proyectos.

The objective of this article, done through bibliographic review and field work with a semi-structured interview with some young people under the responsibility of the School of Trabajo San José, was to describe the importance of listening during their reeducation and how it raises hope in them. The methodology used was qualitative with a hermeneutic approach. In a focus group interview, with 6 male users of the educational center aged between 16 and 18 years. The results show that the listening provided during their stay at the Institution, yes, they are significant in restoring hope and thus moving forward and encouraged in the resignification of their lives and projects.
