| dc.description.abstract | Los conflictos socio-ambientales y con ellos la justicia ambiental se han incrementado a lo largo del siglo XXI en Latinoamérica y en particular en Colombia, entre ellos y de forma importante los referidos al sector de hidroenergía. La investigación realizada busca dilucidar cómo inciden los conflictos ambientales y la justicia ambiental para la salvaguarda del derecho al agua en comunidades intervenidas por proyectos hidroeléctricos particularmente en el oriente antioqueño, en el río Dormilón. Este análisis se aborda desde la caracterización de los conflictos ambientales, la justicia ambiental y el derecho al agua, los mecanismos y/o acciones jurídicas y las incidencias de los conflictos ambientales y la justica ambiental en la protección de los derechos en relación con el agua. | spa |

The research carried out seeks to elucidate how environmental conflicts and environmental justice affect the safeguarding of the right to water in communities intervened by hydroelectric projects, particularly in eastern Antioquia, on the Dormilón river.
