Representaciones sociales acerca del tranvía de Ayacucho

Abstract

La construcción del tranvía de Ayacucho, trajo consigo diferentes cambios estructurales para las comunas 8, 9 y 10 de Medellín lo cual ocasionó en los vecinos de la construcción y sus usuarios, la modificación de las representaciones sociales que tienen acerca del tranvía. La investigación contó con la participación de 10 personas divididas entre usuarios que utilizan el tranvía y vecinos de este. La investigación se enmarcó en el enfoque cualitativo bajo el enfoque fenomenológico En los resultados, se evidencian las percepciones que tienen los usuarios y los vecinos del Tranvía de Ayacucho referente al derecho a la ciudad en términos de accesibilidad, inclusión y exclusión y a la calidad de vida en aspectos como la salud, ambiente, socioculturales, económicos y de satisfacción.The construction of the Ayacucho tram, brought with it different structural changes for communes 8, 9 and 10 of Medellín, which caused the neighbors of the construction and its users to modify the social representations they have about the tram. The research was attended by 10 people divided between users who use the tram and its neighbors. The research was framed in the qualitative approach under the phenomenological approach The results show the perceptions of the users and residents of the Tranvía de Ayacucho regarding the right to the city in terms of accessibility, inclusion and exclusion and the quality of life in aspects such as health, environment, sociocultural, economic and of satisfaction.
