dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de la investigación, es realizar una revisión de la literatura sobre el impacto post COVID 19 en la cadena de suministro, para identificar las limitaciones que afectaron su funcionamiento efectivo a nivel global, la metodología utilizada fue de carácter cuantitativo a través de un mapeo científico que recopiló información de la base de datos de Scopus y fue analizada con la herramienta Bibliometrix, además se realizó un análisis de la red de afiliaciones o instituciones universitarias y de palabras para proyectar las tendencias de estudio futuras. Se presentan también los autores, las revistas y los países que permiten identificar las principales fuentes, las regiones con mayor interés investigativo y los investigadores más influyentes. Los resultados se enfocan en cuatro clústeres, es decir, las distintas tendencias de la investigación, que son salud global, gestión de riesgos, transformación digital y economía organizacional; cada uno desarrollado con base a la temática abordada. Se concluye que el COVID 19 evidenció las limitaciones de la cadena de suministro a nivel global, exponiendo su fragilidad ante disrupciones inesperadas, sin embargo, estas limitaciones también influyen en el diseño de una cadena de suministro más resiliente, flexible y con transformación digital para enfrentar futuros desafíos. Y, se resalta la relevancia de la gestión estratégica del riesgo, el fortalecimiento de capacidades tecnológicas y la necesidad de adaptación organizacional como pilares fundamentales para garantizar la continuidad operativa y la sostenibilidad de la cadena de suministro en contextos de alta incertidumbre.spa
