Abstract
El texto aborda cómo la ausencia de comunicación asertiva en las familias de adolescentes de los grados décimo y undécimo de la Institución Educativa Antonio Roldán Betancur en Briceño, Antioquia, genera conflictos que impactan negativamente en el bienestar emocional y social de sus miembros. La investigación identifica esta problemática y busca proporcionar herramientas y estrategias desde el Trabajo Social para promover un entorno familiar más sano y protector. Para ello, se utilizaron diversas técnicas de diagnóstico como encuestas, cuestionarios virtuales y cartografía personal, además de talleres educativos y una escuela de padres enfocada en fortalecer la comunicación asertiva, la resolución de conflictos, la empatía y pautas de crianza positiva, con el objetivo de generar vínculos afectivos y contribuir al bienestar integral de las familias
The text addresses how the absence of assertive communication in families of tenth and eleventh grade adolescents at the Antonio Roldán Betancur Educational Institution in Briceño, Antioquia, generates conflicts that negatively impact the emotional and social well-being of its members. The research identifies this problem and seeks to provide tools and strategies from Social Work to promote a healthier and more protective family environment. To do this, various diagnostic techniques were used, such as surveys, virtual questionnaires, and personal cartography, in addition to educational workshops and a parent school focused on strengthening assertive communication, conflict resolution, empathy, and positive parenting guidelines, with the aim of generating affective bonds and contributing to the integral well-being of families.
