dc.description.abstract | Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar las manifestaciones del estrés laboral en docentes escolares en la pospandemia de los grados 7°, 8° y 9° de la Institución Educativa María Auxiliadora ubicada en Caldas Antioquia. La investigación se realiza a partir de un diseño metodológico exploratorio de tipo cualitativo, el cual tiene un enfoque cognitivo y busca comprender dichas manifestaciones, mediante la realización de entrevistas semi estructuradas que fueron aplicadas a ocho docentes de la institución mencionada; mostrando un incremento en las fluctuaciones del estado de ánimo, presentando somatización. No obstante, la mayoría de los docentes cuentan con la capacidad de adaptarse al medio, esto se evidencia en la implementación de estrategias de afrontamiento pertinentes y eficaces, lo cual, hace frente al manejo del estrés laboral y/o sucesos de la vida personal que puedan impactar de manera significativa su área laboral. En conclusión, las manifestaciones del estrés laboral están principalmente asociadas al malestar emocional, afectando otras áreas de desempeño del docente. | |
