dc.description.abstractEl texto aborda el Uso Problemático de la Pornografía (PPU), un fenómeno relacionado con el consumo compulsivo de contenido pornográfico, principalmente a través de internet. Expone cómo la fácil accesibilidad y la falta de regulación en la era digital han facilitado un aumento significativo en su consumo, lo que ha llevado a algunas personas a desarrollar conductas adictivas. Se evidencia que este comportamiento afecta diversas áreas de la vida, como la salud mental, las relaciones interpersonales y la vida laboral o académica. Además, el texto analiza las causas del PPU, como el acceso ilimitado a contenido, y las consecuencias negativas, que incluyen la desensibilización sexual, el aislamiento social y el deterioro cognitivo. Finalmente, se resalta la necesidad de realizar estudios más profundos y desarrollar enfoques terapéuticos basados en evidencia para tratar este fenómeno. También se considera la importancia de los aspectos éticos en la intervención del psicólogo para abordar esta problemática de manera efectiva.spa
