dc.description.abstractEn el presente proyecto de investigación, se hizo alusión a la violencia intrafamiliar que se presenta en parejas heterosexuales, especialmente en los hombres que son víctimas de esta; tomando como eje central el análisis de la jurisprudencia y las leyes, con el fin de identificar la protección que existe tanto para el género femenino como masculino en el tipo penal anteriormente descrito; y así mismo se estableció si existe un trato diferencial para ambos sexos desde el punto de vista de los operadores jurídicos.
dc.description.abstractengIn the present research Project, it allusion was made to the domestic violence that present in heterosexual couples, especially in men who are victims of this. Taking as central axis the analysis of jurisprudence and laws, in order to identify the protection that exists for both the female and male gender in the criminal offense described above; and likewise, it was established if exists differential treatment for both sexes from the point of view of legal operators.
