Abstract

In this work, it is recognized that the proposed objectives were achieved, as the organization of accounting documentation was implemented to have faster and more timely access to it, since it is of great importance for decision-making and for the adequate processing of information. Information from all branches is collected for verification and archiving, although its submission is somewhat delayed. The different periodic reports required for decision-making are prepared, thus allowing to know the status of the branches. Having the opportunity to understand the accounting systematization process of the company starting from the collection of information, classification, coding, and registration of the same, bearing in mind that it is a job that requires care because its result will be reflected in the financial statements that will be presented to partners and third parties as the case may be. The development of this work was very enriching because it is an opportunity to learn about the management, control, and presentation of information to the different control entities.
