Abstract
Este artículo indaga sobre la relación existente entre la dinámica interna familiar y el comportamiento suicida, y las subjetividades derivadas dentro del grupo familiar. Esta investigación responde a un enfoque cualitativo; con alcances hermenéuticos para el análisis e interpretación de los diferentes autores, utilizando la modalidad del estado del arte. Obteniendo resultados que plantean que los factores de la dinámica interna familiar, al presentarse disfuncionales, influyen en el comportamiento suicida en especial la comunicación y las relaciones afectivas, dado que la comunicación es uno de los principios esenciales para la creación del vínculo y considerado una necesidad continua del ser humano. Esta problemática produce miedo, culpa y vergüenza en los integrantes de la familia, dificultando a su vez la elaboración del duelo en caso de suicidio consumado u obstaculizando la búsqueda de ayuda profesional. Por tanto la familia puede ser factor de riesgo o factor protector ante el comportamiento suicida.

Using the modality of art state. obtaining the results that raise that the factors from the internal familiar dynamics influence in the suicide behaviour in special the comunication and the affective relationships, given that the communication is one of the essential principles for the creation of the link and considered a continued necessity of the human being; this problematic produce fear, guilty and shame in the familiar members, Hindering in turn the elaboration of the mourning in case of consummate suicide or hindering the search of professional help. Therefore the family can be a risk factor or protector factor in the face of suicide behaviour.
