dc.description.abstract	La fundación Caricias de Sol, nace por inspiración y preocupación de una maestra que dedicó su acompañamiento a la primera infancia en el municipio de Apartadó, y que rompió con muchas barreras que hacían invisibles a la población con necesidades educativas, discapacidad y talentos excepcionales. Fuente: Manual de Funciones de la Fundación Caricias de Sol En el quehacer pedagógico se presenciaron situaciones de inequidad acompañadas de angustias, injusticias, exclusión y muchos episodios que alimentaron la búsqueda de alternativas educativas para facilitar a los niños y jóvenes con necesidades educativas especiales, discapacidad y talentos excepcionales procesos de inclusión social en la Subregión de Urabá. Lo anterior sumado a las pocas ofertas que ofrece la subregión a la población de niños y jóvenes con necesidades educativas especiales, discapacidad y con talentos excepcionales, conllevó a materializar el sueño Fundación Caricias de Sol, proyecto que busca hacer visible a la población y mejorar las condiciones de vida, garantizándoles el goce y cumplimiento de sus derechos fundamentales.
