Abstract
Los factores de riesgos psicosociales son fenómenos que han impactado las organizaciones en el ámbito mundial, debido a los efectos negativos que generan en el ambiente laboral, en los trabajadores y en la dinámica que se maneja dentro de cada una de ellas. Es por ello que, paralelamente, se han identificado y generado diferentes estrategias de intervención que tengan un efecto positivo en la disminución y prevención de los riesgos psicosociales. Precisamente, esta revisión teórica busca dar cuenta de aquellas estrategias que se han implementado y han sido exitosas en su aplicación en las diferentes organizaciones. Las intervenciones van orientadas al incremento o fortalecimiento de un aspecto puntual que se detecta en cada organización, con el fin de disminuir los efectos de los factores de riesgos psicosociales y la respuesta de cada individuo. En la presente revisión, se determinaron aquellas estrategias más efectivas, que fueron utilizadas por las organizaciones. Los resultados apoyan la efectividad de las diferentes intervenciones aplicadas, centradas en la respuesta positiva por parte de los empleados, acogiendo e interiorizando aquellas habilidades fundamentales de aplicar en el espacio laboral y al implementarlas, de manera adecuada y constante, obtener como resultado una disminución en las respuestas a los factores estresantes o desencadenantes.
Psychosocial risk factors are a phenomenon that has strongly impacted organizations worldwide, due to the negative effects that they have generated in the workplace, for the workers and within the dynamics of each organization. That is why in parallel, interventional strategies have been identified and generated that have a positive effect on the reduction and prevention of psychosocial risks. Indeed, this theoretical review seeks to account for those strategies that have been implemented and have been successful in their application within different organizations. The interventions are always oriented to increase and strengthen a specific aspect that is detected in an organization, in order to reduce the effects of psychosocial risk factors and individual response. In this report, it was determined which strategies were most effective and could be used on a general level by organizations. The results support the effectiveness of different interventions applied, focusing on the positive response from employees, accepting and internalizing these basic skills applied in the workplace and implementing them in an appropriate and consistent manner, resulting in a decrease in the responses to stressors.
