dc.description.abstract	En los últimos años ha aumentado significativamente el uso de las nuevas tecnologías, propiciando herramientas de aprendizaje, pero a su vez, creando un entorno que posibilita el desarrollo de una dependencia, impactando el desarrollo personal y familiar de quién la presenta. Las investigaciones previas que han estudiado este fenómeno, motivan esta investigación a exponer la modificación que se produce en la dinámica interna familiar en uno o varios de sus integrantes cuando se presenta la adicción al internet, además, los factores protectores que influyen para informar este tipo de adicción y el rol que ocupa la familia para prevenirlo. Bajo una metodología de tipo documental, basada en el estado del arte de la adicción al internet y sus consecuencias en la dinámica interna de la familia, emergieron tres categorías: dinámica interna familiar, adicción al internet y factores protectores, estas ayudaron a identificar que uno de los factores que más influye en el funcionamiento familiar es el uso excesivo del internet, frente al cual, el tiempo de calidad, un adecuado uso de normas y reglas y una comunicación asertiva entre la figura paterna o materna y sus hijos, se presentan como factores protectores necesarios para contrarrestar su efecto nocivo.
dc.description.abstracteng	In recent years, the use of new technologies has increased significantly, providing learning tools, but at the same time, creating an environment that enables the development of a dependency, impacting the personal and family development of whoever presents it. Previous research that has studied this phenomenon, motivates this research to expose the modification that occurs in the internal family dynamics in one or more of its members when internet addiction occurs, in addition, the protective factors that influence to inform this type addiction and the role of the family in preventing it. Under a documentary-type methodology, based on the state of the art of internet addiction and its consequences in the internal dynamics of the family, three categories emerged: internal family dynamics, internet addiction and protective factors, these helped to identify that one of the factors that most influences family functioning is the excessive use of the internet, in front of which, quality time, an adequate use of norms and rules and an assertive communication between the father or mother figure and their children, are presented as protective factors necessary to counteract its harmful effect.
