| dc.description.abstract | Para la presente investigación cuyo objetivo general es comprender los efectos terapéuticos y factores protectores de la Arteterapia en adolescentes institucionalizados que presentan conductas autolesivas. Se tomaron como referentes distintos autores que se han preguntado por la Arteterapia, por el fenómeno de las conductas autolesivas y la comprensión Sistémica, tales como Schmind (2005), Ochoa de Alda (1995), Abeijon (2008), Pennenbaker (1999), entre otros. Con base en esto se llevó a cabo un proceso de investigación Cualitativa, donde se contó con la participación de cuatro (4) profesionales de la salud mental ubicados en la ciudad de Medellín, que han trabajado con herramientas de la Arteterapia en el acompañamiento e intervención de adolescentes institucionalizados con conductas autolesivas, utilizando a su vez un método Hermenéutico y la entrevista a profundidad como instrumento. Respecto a los efectos terapéuticos de la Arteterapia en adolescentes institucionalizados, que presentan conductas autolesivas, se encuentra principalmente que la Arteterapia en esta población, posibilita que las emociones se empiecen a expresar a través de la obra artística, facilita el fortalecimiento de vínculos, afectos y relaciones en sus entornos más cercanos, entre ellos la institución y permite el mayor reconocimiento de sus recursos propios. Esto a su vez, permite el afianzamiento de factores protectores a nivel personal, familiar y social en el adolescente, asociados con la mayor comprensión de sí mismo, el contar con un espacio de regulación emocional y el fortalecimiento de vínculos familiares y sociales para pedir ayuda frente a la crisis emocional. Se determina a partir de los resultados y la discusión, que dichos hallazgos son compatibles con lo propuesto por los autores citados, especialmente en estudios de estas temáticas. Los principales aportes de la presente investigación se centran en identificar el efecto terapéutico de la Arteterapia ante el fenómeno de las conductas autolesivas en adolescentes institucionalizados de diferentes centros de nuestro país; contexto del cual pocas investigaciones han sido realizadas, sólo a través de planteamientos sin hipótesis específicas que aporten a la prevención de una problemática cada vez más presente en nuestra realidad. | spa |
| dc.description.abstracteng | In the following research whose general objective is to understand the therapeutic effects and protective factors of Art therapy in institutionalized adolescents who display self-injurious behaviors. Different authors who have asked about Art Therapy, about the phenomenon of self-injurious behaviors and Systemic understanding were taken as references, such as Schmind (2005), Ochoa de Alda (1995), Abeijon (2008), Pennenbaker (1999), among others. Based on this, a Qualitative research process was carried out, with the participation of four (4) mental health professionals located in the city of Medellin, who have worked with Art therapy tools in the accompaniment and intervention of institutionalized adolescents with self- injurious behaviors, using in turn a Hermeneutical method. Related to the therapeutic effects of Art therapy in institutionalized adolescents, who present self-injurious behaviors, it is mainly found that Art therapy in this population allows emotions to begin to be expressed through artistic work, facilitates the strengthening of bonds, affections and relationships in their closest environments, including the institution and allows greater recognition of their own resources. At the same time, allows the consolidation of protective factors at personal, familial and social levels in the adolescent, associated with a greater understanding of himself, having a space for emotional regulation and the strengthening of familial and social ties to ask for help facing the emotional crisis. It is determined from the results and the discussion that these findings are compatible with what is proposed by the cited authors, especially in studies on these topics. The main contributions of this research focus on identifying the therapeutic effect of Art Therapy in the face of the phenomenon of self-injurious behaviors in institutionalized adolescents from different centers in our country; context in which few investigations have been carried out, only through approaches without specific hypotheses that contribute to the prevention of a problem that is increasingly present in our reality. | |
