| dc.description.abstract | By their operations, human beings are the most perfect beings in nature: They know and can transform what surrounds them, and accumulate experiences to progress in successive operations. But the most amazing thing is their ability to know themselves, to discover what they feel, what they think and what they want, and in this way to plan their actions to achieve what they set out to do. The progress of the human being depends on their capacity and desire to achieve what they want; everything lies in their effort and struggle, but this in turn requires incentives that are only provided by the environment in which they interact; generating love and dedication in what they do, thus seeking their personal and family development and their projection to society. Also very important is the role of the family as a fundamental space in the development of the person; being the first institution to form values, providing the individual with the recognition of habits and attitudes that lead them to feel, decide and desire in a personal way, and for this it is necessary to discover oneself from the potential of one's strengths, because by being clear about where one comes from and where one is going, one can channel one's own life in a determined direction to achieve full realization as a person. "Opening spaces for human development": the title suggested by this work, aims to systematize the practical experiences in Family Development, carried out in the Liceo I.S.I.A. Ignaciana and Centros de Formación Familiar (CEFF) institutions, where, based on guidance, educational actions are developed with women linked to the processes; in the search to promote the construction of a possible and desirable future, not as a task assigned only to them, but as a shared responsibility with the entire family nucleus. From this exercise, the proposed methodology allows participants to be seen as people in need of guidance characterized by much affection and little rigidity, but with stable authority; functions that the family can fulfill in the first instance; subsequently, formative institutions and society in general. During the practical experience, spaces were opened that enabled self-knowledge, life projects, values; among others through reflection, listening, participation and the construction of knowledge, from the activities carried out. Also highlighted during this process is feedback, enabling interpersonal interaction in projection to the family. It is there where the Professional in Family Development, as a catalyst and dynamizer of processes, provides new ways of approaching families, so that they generate environments of affection, tenderness and promote values that strengthen family ties within the network of relationships established among them. This systematization has five fundamental moments for its development. In a first moment, the methodological foundation is found, in which Virginia Pierola's concept of systematization is taken up again; an object of systematization, a guiding question, general and specific objectives, and the systematization methodology are constructed; which support the process of carrying out the work, giving validity to the contents of the present theme; serving as the basis for its direction and analysis. The second moment is supported, through the institutional context of the experience, from the profile of the Professional in Family Development, as well as the mission, vision and historical synthesis of the Fundación Universitaria Luis Amigó, Liceo Asia Ignaciana and Centros de Formación Familiar (C.E.F.F.); places that made possible the realization of the practical process, providing the space generating new knowledge. As a third moment, the practical experience in the Centros de Formación Familiar and Liceo Asia Ignaciana is found; argued from the theoretical and methodological work referring to the strengthening of human development, based on topics related to personal and family growth in projection to society. In turn, this systematization presents the topic of Human Development, from its transcendental bio-psycho-social dimensions; supported by theoretical references and disciplines that address the topic, explaining it as a basic human need. Finally, results and recommendations are presented, based on the practical experience and the training of the Professional in Family Development; as well as conclusions and bibliographic references. | |
