| dc.description.abstract | El diseño de la matriz de riesgo financiero realizada al HOSPITAL JOSE MARIA CORDOBA, se hizo con el fin de analizar dichos movimientos en el área financiero y que afectaciones se presentan teniendo en cuenta todas las áreas de dicho hospital y las cuales se ven reflejadas en cartera. Las EPS que son las que le pagan los servicios al hospital no son exactas a la hora de realizar dichos pagos. Se realizaron dentro de los diferentes procesos análisis de las afectaciones que el hospital tiene como lo son las glosas, liquidaciones de Eps, recaudo de pacientes, particulares etc., el Hospital se encuentra en el Municipio de Concepción Antioquia. Se recopilaron los datos de las diferentes áreas para diseñar dicha matriz y poder dar una respuesta exacta a la entidad, la cual se le dio a conocer y se están haciendo algunas implementaciones que se dieron como recomendaciones en la investigación realizada, se hace con el fin de mejorar los recaudos de los pacientes particulares y al momento de cobrarle a las EPS. La investigación se dio gracias al apoyo de los docentes y del área financiera de la ESE Hospital José María Córdoba del Municipio de Concepción Antioquia. | |
