Abstract

This Project explored students’ perceptions as their lived experience in the process of language learning in dealing with the independent work assigned by teachers. It was developed under the qualitative paradigm as a case study. For its development, a semi-structured interview, a focus group and a qualitative survey were applied. From the information collected from 23 students in the second and third semesters at the Licenciatura en Lenguas Extranjeras con Énfasis en Inglés at Universidad Católica Luis Amigó, matters of organization, design and language were highlighted as areas of improvement in the development of Proyectos docentes and Virtual Campus of the language courses and linking to classes and promotion in the case of the extracurricular activities offered institutionally.
