| dc.description.abstract | This project arises from the idea of offering specialized advice on administrative issues, payroll, social security and occupational health and safety, to small businessmen and entrepreneurs, one of the most representative sectors of the country in terms of job creation is also one of the most informal and that operates from ignorance, putting not only its capital at risk but also the well- being of its collaborators. It is focused on providing support to entrepreneurs and individuals who do not have enough capital to hire plant personnel in everything related to the BackOffice of their companies or businesses, providing a personalized service with which this need can be covered at a low cost. In the market, this type of service is provided mainly by temporary service companies or firms that operate in the account executive mode, which focuses on operations without joining the company; This proposal seeks to create a bond between the contractor and the person who accompanies his process so that the advice fits his business model and can promote the growth that he expects in a legal and safe way, having at his side an advisor who cares just like taking your business to another level. As it is the service provision model, the contractor will be able to adjust the economic proposal to his need, through face-to-face visits in hours or days, virtual consultancies, training or execution of specific tasks and processes, thus helping him to have better control over the capital he will invest. | |
