Abstract
El presente artículo de revisión tiene como objetivo analizar una variedad de estudios que se han realizado sobre programas para jóvenes infractores, los cuales se han desarrollado en Colombia y algunos países de Latinoamérica como Brasil, Uruguay, Ecuador, Chile, Perú, Argentina y Venezuela entre los años 2006 y 2016. Además de resaltar procesos que se llevan con los jóvenes infractores, pretende detallar los objetivos, siendo uno de los más importantes la resocialización, las condiciones en que se desarrollan, de las cuales normalmente son en centros o instituciones específicamente diseñadas para esto, las consecuencias de los delitos y los beneficios que pueden llegar a tener dichos jóvenes. Todo lo anterior, mediante una metodología de enfoque cualitativo de corte documental, en una aproximación a 50 artículos de los cuales se logran distinguir su concepto, los tipos de jóvenes que cometen delitos, las consecuencias de los delitos y la finalidad de los programas de resocialización, entre otros aspectos relevantes.
This review article aims to analyze a variety of studies that have been carried out on programs for young offenders, which have been developed in Colombia and some Latin American countries such as Brazil, Uruguay, Ecuador, Chile, Peru, Argentina and Venezuela. The years 2006 and 2016. In addition to highlighting processes that are taken with young offenders, it aims to detail the objectives; being one of the most important resocialization, the conditions in which they are developed; of which usually are in centers or institutions specifically designed for this, the consequences of the crimes, the benefits that these young people can have. This analysis has been approached under a qualitative approach of documentary cut, in an analysis of 50 articles of which it is possible to distinguish its concept, the types of young people who comment crimes, the consequences of the crimes and the purpose of the programs of Resocialization, among other important issues about the main topic of this paper.
