| dc.description.abstract | La agricultura es una actividad que hace parte de la humanidad desde hace muchos años, nuestros antepasados han creado una serie de herramientas artesanales para el control de plagas y maleza y actualmente estas herramientas han ido evolucionando permitiendo facilitar la vida, del mismo han ido surgiendo una serie de dificultades que ponen en peligro la existencia de los ecosistemas y los recursos naturales a raíz de estos avances. El presente trabajo pretende determinar si existe una vulneración de Derechos Humanos por el uso del glifosato en actividades agrícolas, así mismo se busca analizar qué tipo de políticas públicas o reglamentación existe en el mundo que regule este tema y lograr identificar que alternativas menos abrasivas que protejan la salud de quienes manipulan el producto, el consumidor final y la tierra donde se siembra, de igual manera que permitan implementarlas en Colombia. | spa |
| dc.description.abstracteng | Agriculture is an activity that has been part of humanity for many years, our ancestors have created a series of artisan tools for the control of pests and weeds and currently these tools have evolved allowing life to be easier, from it, a series of difficulties that endanger the existence of ecosystems and natural resources as a result of these advances. The present work tries to determine if there is a violation of Human Rights due to the use of glyphosate in agricultural activities, and it also seeks to analyze what kind of public policies or regulations exist in the world that regulate this issue and to identify less abrasive alternatives that protect the health of those who handle the product, the final consumer and the land where it is planted, in the same way that they can be implemented in Colombia. | spa |
