Abstract
El siguiente trabajo pretende evaluar la coherencia teórica y práctica de un programa de capacitación de talento humano desde la Programación Neurolingüística (PNL), para la generación de comportamientos éticos dentro de una organización, padres de la Institución Educativa Rural María Goretti. Para tal fin se realizó un estudio cuantitativo no experimental de carácter exploratorio descriptivo. Tanto al inicio como al final del trabajo de campo (3 meses), se aplicaron mediciones a 20 personas del mismo sexo (madres de familia) con el “ V-Skills Corporate Ethics Test” (Prueba Objetiva). Las anteriores mediciones fueron tratadas con un método estadístico de análisis a través de promedios, proporciones y comparaciones.
The following work aims to evaluate the theoretical and practical coherence of a human talent training program based on Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), for the generation of ethical behaviors within an organization, parents of the María Goretti Rural Educational Institution. To this end, a non-experimental, exploratory-descriptive quantitative study was carried out. Both at the beginning and at the end of the fieldwork (3 months), measurements were applied to 20 people of the same sex (mothers) with the “V-Skills Corporate Ethics Test” (Objective Test). The previous measurements were treated with a statistical analysis method through averages, proportions, and comparisons.
